Candace
Founder
Candace is the creator of the Align Method - A course that helps women gain clarity on their purpose, as well as a plan to walk it out with confidence, passion and JOY!
Candace is a woman of faith. She is a wife, a mother to her four children and a nurturer at heart. She is also a mentor to many women and teens, and a leader in her home and community. She is a speaker and an entrepreneur.
Candace modeled for 26 years, built a very successful supplement business, pastored a home church with her husband, Bryan, owns a gym in Bellevue, WA and is very involved in her local and online community. She worked in the beauty industry as a freelance makeup artist for 11 years. Her BA is in communications from ASU. She has taken endless courses on self-development, leadership and business.
For years, Candace struggled with low confidence, people-pleasing, massive insecurities, purposelessness, a chaotic atmosphere and a lifestyle of addiction. She hit rock bottom after a divorce and becoming a single mom and that is where the rebuilding and restoration in her life began. The Align Method was birthed from years and years of experience and a knowing in her heart that there had to be more than just feeling "burnt out", frustrated and getting nowhere. She was sick of "putting on the mask" of having it all together but dying on the inside and giving others permission to run her life. She finally looked in the mirror, took the "mask" off and got real and this is where the transformation began.
Her passion through it all is simple. To make an impact in every woman's life in a positive way. She wants women to know how valuable, powerful and free they are. How they can LIVE a life of purpose and alignment chasing after the dream that was placed in them at birth. Whatever the dream may be, whether it is a stay-at-home mom, a single woman, a CEO, a business owner, so on and so forth, she wants women to feel part of this beautiful Alignment community and to be empowered to follow their intuition.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
After supporting Candace as a personal assistant and nanny for multiple years, Alex was ecstatic when she was given the opportunity to partner with her as the COO of The Align Method. She is a wife and pastor and she's known around here as the "Systems Queen". She loves creating structured organization and bringing new ideas to the table. Alex is honored to work for this life-giving company alongside such a powerful woman. She is grateful to serve you as you step into your Alignment journey!

A Seattle local, latte-loving, aesthetic-obsessed gal, Laura connected with Candace immediately upon meeting her. She is a designer, photographer, and branding expert. She has had her hands on every visual aspect of The Align Method from the early stages. She loves turning visions into visuals and helping deliver digestible information that's easy on the eyes. Laura is thrilled to be a part of a company that helps women Align their lives!

She is a born and raised Seattle girl who made her way down the coast to Southern California where she currently lives and serves others in corporate and private event planning. Jamie is thankful to use her gift of storytelling to help communicate the mission of The Align Method and help empower women to go after their own dreams.
